Welcome to Sattori LLC (“Sattori,” “Sattori Group,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, mobile and web applications, application‑to‑person (A2P) messaging programs, call centers, and any related products or services that focus on Affordable Care Act (ACA) education, enrollment, and customer support (collectively, the “Services”).

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, OR BY PROVIDING YOUR CONSENT VIA ANY ELECTRONIC MEANS (INCLUDING SMS OPT‑IN), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.


1. Description of Services

Sattori provides educational resources and enrollment assistance for ACA‑compliant health insurance plans, related ancillary products, and customer support through phone, SMS, email, and web portals. We are not a government agency or the federal Marketplace. You may obtain coverage directly at HealthCare.gov or your state exchange without cost.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form contracts to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you submit is accurate and complete.

3. No Professional, Tax, or Legal Advice

Content provided is for general informational purposes only and is not legal, tax, or medical advice. Always consult qualified professionals regarding your specific circumstances.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide truthful, current information.

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes.

  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Consent to Electronic & SMS Communications (A2P Program)

5.1 Program Details

By submitting your phone number, you expressly consent to receive recurring, automated text messages and/or voice calls from or on behalf of Sattori Group at the number provided, including: plan reminders, eligibility notices, enrollment confirmations, renewal prompts, and promotional offers (max 8 msgs/mo).

  • Message & data rates may apply.

  • Frequency: Varies; typically 1–8 messages per month.

  • Opt‑Out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a one‑time confirmation text.

  • Help: Reply HELP or contact info@sattorigroup.com or (888) 845‑4126.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.

5.2 Revocation & Mobile Numbers

You warrant that you are the current subscriber or customary user of the mobile number and will notify us immediately if the number is reassigned. You may revoke consent at any time by following the Opt‑Out procedure.

5.3 TCPA & CTIA Compliance

Sattori’s A2P campaigns observe all applicable laws and guidelines, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 C.F.R. §64.1200, and CTIA Messaging Principles. We maintain auditable opt‑in records and honor all revocation requests within 24 hours.

6. Privacy & Data Security

Our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference) explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information, including any protected health information (PHI) subject to HIPAA. While Sattori is not a covered entity, we employ industry‑standard security measures (TLS 1.2+, AES‑256 at rest) to protect data.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, and software are owned by Sattori or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Misrepresent your identity or eligibility for ACA subsidies.

  • Interfere with the operation of the Services.

  • Harvest or scrape user data.

  • Transmit unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content.

9. Third‑Party Links & Integrations

The Services may link to third‑party sites or integrate with carriers, CRM systems, or government exchanges. We are not responsible for external content or practices. Your use of third‑party services is governed by their terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR‑FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SATTORI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sattori, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

13. Compliance With Laws

You will comply with all federal and state laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Affordable Care Act, TCPA, CAN‑SPAM, and applicable insurance licensure requirements.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Miami‑Dade County, Florida, on an individual basis. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any supplemental program disclosures (e.g., specific SMS program pages), constitute the entire agreement between you and Sattori regarding the Services.
